ok..you mean first aid, and 190/198 I guess..

well, about first aid in Tunisia, I think there's a big hole between Tunisian people and First aid.. I mean, they are not conscious about their ability to help each other just by simple moves.. just few of them know and learn..and these few ones (not talking about medical related persons) often forget those moves and they just keep the certificate at home...
But, we don't have to give up, every one of us has to inform his family, courtyard, friends,..we have to be active..and intelligent..to make people know this thing! this is rapidly what I think about it..

About 190/198, should I answer you or should I tell you what do people think?

for her english she got good one and for the answer i totally agree with her i think that people gather together just to see what happening in seeing an accident they are not very helpful in such situation;that's why i think that we have to talkmore about this and why not teach people how to react and what are the first_aid;i dont is my answer correct about this subject; not this one but what i have written yesterday

well, first aid are the few and simple moves that any normal person-whatever is his function or knowledge-can do, and which help to stabilize the 3 essentiel functions of the 3 most important organs in humain body which are: brain, lungs and heart.

thank you tweety for responding there's many things right in your answer but i want to add something first aid is not complicated we put an injuried person in pls position if it was unconscious and breath if it was conscious we don't move.and for an emergency case we call 198 or 190 if we need a doctor.we can also call police .

questions nino without apostrophy.its the s of the plural pay attention;and when an accident occurs the s of the third person it;
i really wanna know why every body wanna see what's happening maybe to have some gossip for tommorow in the café and may be when they heard about the accident they will be proud by saying yes i know i was there last night or something like that
